OTO USA Annual Reporting Results for the 2007 e.v. Reporting Season

This data is compiled every year in January by the Electoral College Annual Reports Secretary. It is then subjected to fundamental statistical analysis and compared to previous years. The data is given to individual Electors for review and sent to the bodies in question with suggestions on what, if anything, they need to do to meet criteria. In most cases a body is meeting every criteria for its class and the vast majority of bodies that are not are deficient in only one area. Exceptional bodies may receive a letter of appreciation, and if they are a Camp or an Oasis, this may include the suggestion that they apply for the next level of charter (Oasis or Lodge).

This is a basic breakdown and is for statistical purposes only. All data was collected using the same form, the EC Annual Report Form, and was submitted by the bodies in question. All categories relate to the criteria set forth by the EC unless otherwise indicated (i.e. data on MOE initiations).

If you are a bodymaster and you are interested in determining what the stats for a given body are, you may email that body directly; however, if you would like assistance in networking with other bodymasters and are unable to determine which body to contact for a particular type of activity, you may contact the ARF secretary at ec-awhite-at-oto-usa.org for assistance.

Please note that not every local body has been tabulated at this point. This is an ongoing process.

Notes on the statistics themselves:
Average refers to the mean, not the mode. The fraction in parentheses at the top of each section (ex. 12/13) refers to the number of existing chartered bodies for that year whose information is included in the analysis. It will be updated as time goes on.
